De vraag is: welke oppervlakte(s)?
De perceelsoppervlakte of
De woonoppervlakte.
Mijn ervaring is dat de woonoppervlaktes (meestal) onjuist zijn/worden berekend en dat in feite de bruto-vloeroppervlakte staat vermeld.
Dergelijke informatie heeft alleen nut indien vaststaat dat het op de juiste manier is vastgesteld.
Dat zal dan de perceelsoppervlakte zijn, want die staat in de akte van levering.
Wat de woonoppervlakte is, staat in NEN 2580 bijlage B (Informatief), par. B.2 op blz. 49.
